UPPER ARM REDUCTION (Brachioplasty)

With age, the upper arm skin can become loose and flabby. An upper arm reduction can correct this problem, so bringing back confidence with your body image and freedom with how you dress again

Procedure: Excess skin and tissue is removed from the upper arm.

Length: 1 to 2 hours.

Anesthesia: General or Local

Side Effects: After surgery you will have moderate pain which can be managed with pain relief, you will also wear compression dressings within the first week.

Recovery: For the first week following surgery, strenuous activity should be avoided. Recovery usually takes one to two weeks, returning to work after one week and exercise after two.
